No Time Out? Now What?

The Intentional Teacher:
Designing Classroom Environments that Optimize Learning



Because the early childhood classroom sets the stage for learning, it's crucial that you plan and use your space intentionally. In this session of The Intentional Teacher series, we will explore room arrangement, the use of basic interior design techniques (such as adding color, textures, and lighting to enhance the environment) as well as tips on how to keep your classroom organized!

This workshop addresses the Teaching and Learning Core Knowledge Area and will be facilitated by Kristin Judge of KJ Designs. Kristin is a preschool teacher turned interior designer who enjoys helping early childhood programs design classrooms and common areas that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
