Kristy Woods Ouellette , Founder 
Kristy Woods Ouellette has extensive experience teaching children birth through school age, directing large center based programs, and currently works in child care licensing. Kristy is passionate about the importance of high quality experiences for young children and thoroughly enjoys facilitating trainings on a variety of topics. Kristy is also an advocate for "intentional parenting" and recently had an article published in Parenting NH magazine. Candice Alizio 
Candice Alizio has worked in the field of early education and care for nearly a decade, primarily with infants and toddlers. She helped to launch a large child care center, trained scores of new employees for a large corporation, and has run a successful in home child care program for several years. Candice is currently enrolled in the Marriage and Family Therapy graduate program at Anitoch University in Keene. Marlana Grela 
Marlana Grela spent several years working with preschool children before becoming the director of a large center based program serving children six weeks through 12 years of age. Marlana's interests include creating "out of the box" marketing campaigns, showing teachers how much fun it can be to get messy with children, and, perhaps most of all, how to stretch a dollar!Kristin Judge 
Kristin Judge spent several years teaching preschool children before realizing her dream of becoming an interior designer. Kristin, of KJ Designs in Manchester, NH, enjoys helping child care programs make the most of their space by choosing the right equipment, considering color and light, and by maximizing organization. Kristin also specializes in helping child care programs "go green" and loves seeing teachers engage children in the process of preserving our earth.
